What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to compensate our stylists for their time.
Do I need to book in advance?
While we do accept walk-ins based on stylist availability, we highly recommend booking 3-5 days in advance for hair services and 1 week in advance for spa treatments to ensure your preferred time slot.
What brands do you use?
We are committed to quality. We exclusively use Oribe, Kevin Murphy, and Olaplex for hair treatments. For skincare, we partner with Dermalogica and Biologique Recherche.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we provide complimentary valet parking for all our clients located at the rear entrance of the building.
