1. Appointments & Booking

By booking an appointment with Luxe Salon, you agree to the terms outlined below. We require a valid credit card on file to secure all bookings.

  • Deposits: A 20% non-refundable deposit may be required for services exceeding $100.
  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email/SMS 48 hours prior to your appointment.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and ours. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

"No-Shows" (missing an appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future visits.

3. Lateness Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten your service time to ensure the next client is not delayed. The full service price will still apply.

4. Health & Safety

It is the client's responsibility to inform Luxe Salon personnel of any allergies, medications, or health conditions (e.g., pregnancy) prior to service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may be unsafe for you.

5. Service Guarantees & Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a complimentary adjustment appointment.
